Rattlebag’s energy comes from the people who fill it. We collaborate with friends who share our ethos - creative, curious, and doing something different. You’ll find monthly art nights hosted by Travi the Native, vinyl-led listening sessions with Philip Arneill of Tokyo Jazz Joints, and music from Rodger Montgomery and the Belfast Music Club crew. We’ve also teamed up with some of the best in the drinks world, from top local brands to standout global bars, for one-off pop-ups that keep things interesting. Rattlebag is a space for collaboration, imagination, and connection. The kind of place where good ideas happen.

In 2024, Rattlebag was awarded an Excellent rating - or One Pin - in the inaugural Pinnacle Guide, often described as the Michelin Guide for Bars. Selected from hundreds of venues around the world, this recognition celebrates bars that are leading cocktail culture in their communities. We’re proud to be part of that list, a small Belfast bar with a big love for what we do. We’ve also been recognised by CLASS Bar Awards, as the best bar in Northern Ireland, standing alongside some of the most respected names in the industry. Every accolade means something to us but what matters most is creating a space where great drinks, good music, and genuine connection come together every night.
